Join Our Team

At Waratah Consulting, we’re building more than reports — we’re building a team that shows up, solves problems, and supports each other. Whether you’re an experienced inspector, an environmental consultant, a geotech engineer or an early-career graduate, we’re always open to hearing from people who are practical, reliable and ready to get on site.

We work with a mix of full-time employees and trusted contractors to deliver inspections, reporting and technical advisory services across the state. Consultants often choose the days and projects they work on, while full-time staff enjoy the support of a close-knit and growing business.

What It’s Like Working With Us

We’re a small, experienced team that values:

  • Learning & Growing Together – everyone rolls up their sleeves, shares knowledge and supports the team

  • Work-Life Balance – we’re flexible, realistic, and respect the lives our people lead outside of work

  • Mutual Respect – for each other, our clients, and the work we deliver

  • Straightforward Communication – clear, responsive and professional, with no unnecessary layers

  • Follow-Through Matters – we do what we say we’ll do, from turning up on time to closing the loop with clients
