Waratah supported redevelopment of a fire-damaged, mold-riddled inner-city dwelling where contamination “data gaps” blocked DA approval. We deployed a tight-access drill rig for groundwater wells and engaged specialist demolition contractors to cut slab openings safely. With no contamination detected, the DA was set to progress.
